The splendid ambiance of the Amado
Territory Steakhouse’s outdoor patio may be one of the best-kept
secrets in area and the most picturesque dining venue. Shaded by a
canopy of leafy branches from a towering California pepper tree,
scattered Mesquites and a Ponderosa pine tree, the brick patio and
adjacent Serenity Deck overlooks beds of verdant flora and Serenity
Pond. Dining alfresco to the wistful sounds of trickling waterfalls
in the background inspire relaxed lunches and long, leisurely
dinners.
Inside, the spacious dinning room greets
guests with the warmth of stained hardwood flooring, antique-wood
tables and wrought iron tables with glass tops that glisten from the
light of a crystal chandelier. Comfortable, regal high back chairs
throughout the room embody the casual elegance that personifies the
Amado Territory Steakhouse.
The dinner menu includes such tempting
appetizers as seared lump crab cake, steamed, tender baby Manila
Clams, a classic shrimp cocktail and other mouthwatering starters.
The succulent, charcoal grilled steaks and slow roasted prime ribs
are hand-cut on the premises; the fish and lobster tail are fresh
and never frozen for uncompromising quality and flavor. Enhancing
the pleasure of savoring food with wine, a certified
Sommelier paired all the wines with the menu for a total dining
experience.
The Amado Territory Steakhouse is open
Tuesday through Sunday for lunch, 11:00AM to 2:00PM and dinner,

Roast Duck,
half of a duck, slow roasted and pan seared for crispy skin and tender
moist meat, topped with orange brandy au jus, served with wild rice
pilaf.
Grilled Chicken Breast,
a
six ounce portion of skinless, boneless chicken breast, marinated in our
ginger lime marinade, served with wild rice pilaf.
Lobster Tail,
ten ounce, cold water, Australian lobster tail, served with wild rice
pilaf, drawn butter and lemon.
Scallops Au Gratin,
six large bay scallops, pan seared and baked in a casserole with
parmesan garlic cream sauce, topped with a layer of golden breadcrumbs
served with wild rice pilaf.
Shrimp Scampi,
six large shrimp sautéed in tomatoes, scallions, lemon and garlic butter
served with wild rice pilaf.
New York Strip,
twelve ounces of marbled steak finished with melted butter and
seasoning. Served with your choice of baked potato or mashed sweet
potatoes.
Filet Mignon,
a
tender, six-ounce center cut of filet, wrapped in peppered bacon with
your choice of baked potato or mashed sweet potatoes.
Porterhouse Steak,
a
bountiful twenty-eight ounces grilled to order, topped with sautéed
mushrooms, choice of baked potato or mashed sweet potatoes.
Ribeye Steak,
fourteen ounces of juicy boneless ribeye with a serving of our bleu
cheese butter compound and choice of baked potato or mashed sweet
potato.
Sirloin Steak,
an eight ounce cut of our savory boneless sirloin, with chipotle
barbecue sauce. Served with your choice of baked potato or mashed sweet
potatoes.
