We have just the right facilities for
weddings, conferences and just about
any event you can imagine. Our grounds have beautiful areas for small,
intimate gatherings, and larger areas for events as large as flea
markets and craft fairs. We also have ample parking and electricity
available.
Our indoor event facilities can accommodate up to 200 people and we have
several rooms available so you can choose the perfect location for your
special event.
We have onsite catering and a full kitchen at your disposal. Below is a
list of just some of the events we have held at Amado Territory Ranch.
Our Dinner and Mystery Dinner Theaters,
Corporate Retreats and Meetings, High Teas, Quinceaneras, Quilting and
Needlepoint Retreats, Scrap Booking Retreats, Fashion Shows, Association
and Club Meetings, Culinary Classes, Car Shows, Craft Fairs,

HIGH TEAS:
Requires reservations to assure fresh-baked goods. The
three-course feast for your enjoyment includes:
Teas (5 flavor choices)
Varieties of finger Sandwiches
Scones with Devonshire cream, honey butter and lemon curd
Desserts such as tarts, cookies, pastries, petite fours,
Elegantly served to you in our beautiful Atrium.
$15 per person, two hours
Feather boas and hats provided for optional fun.

OASIS: The flagship of our event facilities, The Oasis
is an outdoor events center with a wonderful view of Elephant Head and
the Santa Rita Mountains. It features complete outdoor dining
facilities, a stage and dance floor, and comfortably seats up to 200
people. Perfect for corporate events, weddings, anniversaries, private
parties, art retreats and shows, chili cook-offs, dinner parties,
reunions and more.
Day or night use - $350 minimum
THE ATRIUM: Located in the Inn, this spacious and
beautiful room overlooks the Cactus Garden and the Santa Rita Mountains.
It can comfortably seat up to 40 people and is perfect for special
interest gatherings and meetings including quilting groups, needlepoint
groups, scrapbooking retreats, high teas, church retreats, corporate
retreats, dinner parties, anniversary parties, art retreats, weddings
and more.

THE MADARAS CENTER:
Located in the Mercado Building, the Madaras Center is home to
a fabulous collection of artwork and prints created by Tucson painter
Diana Madaras. This beautifully appointed space has a mini kitchen,
stage with a podium, and provides comfortable space for 120
people sitting seminar style. This room is perfect for church retreats,
seminars, corporate retreats and meetings, workshops, scrapbooking
retreats, quilt and needlepoint groups, weddings, anniversary and
private parties, art retreats and shows, and more.

Over 4 Hours - $200
THE GRASS LANDS: Located at the entrance of the Ranch,
the Grasslands is the perfect location for car, boat, bike and RV shows
and meets; art shows and craft fairs; holistic health fairs and
retreats; plein air art events, chili cook-offs, festivals and more.
Electricity is available, as is plenty of nearby parking.
EVENTS LAWN: An ideal location for lawn parties of up to 200 people,
the Events Lawn can has facilities for BBQs, croquet, volley ball and
bocci ball.
